O Zelador explores the life of Master Russo who lives with him family in a tough suburb of Rio de Janeiro. At a young age Russo discovered the value of Capoeira. The music, physical agility and philosophy of this Afro-Brazilian martial art and cultural phenomenon helped him endure a life of hardship and danger.

Lygon St Festival OPEN CAPOEIRA RODA

Is anyone interested in having a Street RODA this Sunday for Lygon Street Festival this come up Sunday? We can meet at 2 PM…  

No Capoeira Clothing at all, everyone, school and Group are Welcome..

It will be at the Argyle Square Carlton 2 PM meeting, invite your Capoeirista friends, NOTICE that the people who want to get involved my be part of one Capoeira School or family
