CFdB Demonstration at Hispanic Fiesta

CAPOEIRA DEMONSTRATION:
12 noon – 12:20pm

 

CFdB students arrive at CFdB school by 11.30am
& leave the school at 11:45am to attend the Demonstration.

 

All students to wear WHITE UNIFORM

 

DANCING IN THE STREET:

The Johnston Street Hispanic Fiesta showcases the culture, heritage and traditions of Spanish-speaking nations. This much loved, two-day street event is a feast for the senses featuring the sights, smells, sounds and tastes of these vibrant communities.

The Hispanic-Latin American Festival makes a significant contribution to the vibrancy and richness of Australia’s multicultural society, depicting cultural and artistic expression through dance, music, theatre, film, sport, visual arts, and cuisine.

Celebrating 32 colourful years in the City of Yarra, the Johnston Street Hispanic Fiesta showcases the culture, heritage and traditions of Spanish speaking nations.

Getting ready to go back today to Australia, I will be arriving on Thursday night in Melbourne. The short ever time away overseas, it was great. Thanks God and my brother Dinho for looking after the school for me.

E muito bom estar na Bahia jogando muita Capoeira, revendo os velhos amigos e ao lado de minha mae e familiares. Obrigado meu Deus e a Capoeira por me dar mais uma oportinidade como esta.

Is good to be in here in Bahia playing a lot of Capoeira, with old friends, with my mother and famliy. Thanks God and Capoeira for that opportunity.
