The Capoeirista and the Capoeira Player

The Capoerista and Capoeira player.

The first learns, the second train

One loves, the other likes.

The Capoerista weaves his life consciousness of “human being” and the love of freedom with responsibility, a Capoeira player fight, hit and is beaten … transpires. But then rest and tired of fighting, retires ….. desist!

The Capoerista is eternal, the Capoeira player, fleeting.

The Capoerista suffers injustice, has feelings, the Capoeira Player, frivolous, does not perceive that the essence of life is the reciprocity of good.

The Capoerista is slim, tanned, strong, the Capoeira Player is strong, almost invincible, ephemeral.

The Capoerista learn the lesson and fight for others, his comrades, follow the path, the Capoeira player fight for years to learn the lesson.

One is elected by the community and recognition of his disciples, the other for fear of his enemies and admirers.

The first is wise, he reflects, the second intelligent thought.

One is intuitive, the other instinctive.

The Capoerista defends, dodge, resist. The Capoeira player strikes, strikes, strikes.

The Capoerista is free to create, the Capoeira player is limited to a pattern.

One part creativity, the other, the automation.

You learn from the inside out (LIVE), the other from outside to inside (pass through life).

The first is led by the spirit, the second by the body.

Their trends are similar, their purposes, antagonistic.

It’s a subtle difference, the beautiful and the ugly.

Of tears and sweat.

Of emotion and light.

The commitment Capoerista brings 400 years of history strewn with pain, suffering and desire to win, the Capoeira player, one of your training time, inspired by anarchism and false dictatorships.

History calls for reflection, training by pulsation.

One feels with the heart (the soul), the other feels the pulse (with veins).

One will become a Mestre, the other will be a Redor white or black Cord or Belt.

The first will be man, the second fighter.

One dominate wisdom of life with his actions and thoughts, the other live physical force with the vitality of your muscles.

The mind is eternal, the body is temporary.

Man has to grow, no swelling.

The Capoerista seeks to learn from the lessons of life, the eternal power, the Capoeira player needs discipline to be imposed.

The first is brooding, deep, circumspect, and the second is cheerful, confident, vitriolic.

The Capoerista is a poet, a philosopher, the Capoeira player is just a Capoeira player …

One needs faith in God, the other of the money incentive .

One is subjective, transcendent, the other is objective, ambiguous.

In one, the desire to learn more and more blooms their days, in the other, the desire to be better consumed his life.

One, is destined to the domain of life by love and gift of self to the other (who is alive produces life!), The other is given to the pain of living and tired of life, the eternal indifference.

The capoeirista follow the stars and flies, the Capoeira player follows his own steps and, if he hesitates, may stumble.

In the face of the first, shining the force of Zumbi and Bimba, the hope and determination of Pastinha and. in the face of the other, shines obfuscated his own reflection.

One see the light of life … and smiles; the other only sees his shadow, stretching on the floor, and serious and proud of what he sees little sarcastically, smiling.

One is facing the sun, the other stay backward.
